About Utah Global Investments
Utah Global Investments (UGI) became a Regional Center only recently on May 3, 2018. We are the newest Regional Center in the Utah EB-5 industry, and from what we can tell, one of only two (possibly three) active Regional Centers.
Along with our Regional Center Approval Notice, granting us statewide designation, USCIS also granted a preliminary determination for our first project, Parkway Independent Living.
Our approval notice can be downloaded using the link on this page.
Our Management Team consists of the principal Owners of UGI, Aaron Stewart, MBA, PhD, and Jacob Tingen, JD and Travis Stewart, MBA.
